1. Who we are

Sitemade is operated by Lovell Digital, based in Adelaide, South Australia ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you subscribe to a Sitemade website.

2. The preview site

Before you subscribe we may build a preview website using information that is publicly available on your Google Business Profile. A preview is unpaid, is marked as a preview, is not indexed by search engines, and does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with your business. We take a preview down on request — text STOP to the number that contacted you, or email us. Previews are automatically removed after a short period if not taken up.

3. Subscription and price

The service is $79/month, billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars, with no setup fee. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

4. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time by telling us in writing (email or text is fine). Your site stays live until the end of the paid month. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not refund part-months.

5. Your domain name

We register your .com.au domain in your business's name, using your ABN or ACN. You are the registrant and you own it. If you cancel, the domain remains yours and we will help you transfer it to another provider at no charge. Australian domains are governed by the auDA rules; you must have a genuine Australian business entitlement to hold one, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the ABN or ACN you give us.

6. What we do and don't do

We build, host, back up and maintain the site, and make reasonable content changes you request. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, volume of enquiries, or business outcome. Nothing on your site should be relied on as legal, licensing or safety advice about your trade.

7. Your content and licences

You confirm you have the right to use the business name, photographs, logos and other material on your site, and you grant us permission to publish them for that purpose. You are responsible for keeping any trade licence numbers, insurance statements or accreditations shown on the site accurate and current. Tell us promptly if anything is wrong and we will correct it.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the site for anything unlawful or misleading. We may suspend or remove a site that breaches this clause, or that puts our hosting or reputation at risk.

9. Availability

We aim to keep sites available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, domain registries and third-party providers occasionally fail; we will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or text at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
